I have a Samuel Smith Pure Brewed Lager that's been in the fridge about 2 weeks, but had been sitting in a 6 pack holder inside a brown paper bag in my kitchen for about 2 years. 100lbs/arm which is 200lbs for atleast 5-8 reps

today i did 80s for the first time for 5 reps 160 for 5 reps no spot except i had someone hand the 80s to me.

body weight 185lbs.

On smith machine i do 180lbs for 8-10 reps no spot (not counting the bar) 2 45s each side.

I recall a band called Wicked Wisdom lead by Jada Pinket-Smith, which I never even heard of until I asked it there were any black and/or female heavy metal artists. If you know about Wicked Wisdom, pat yourself on the back because you went the distance to find something hidden deep within the shadows.
It seems lately like no black or noticeably part black singer is immune to sections such as R&B, Urban Cross-Over, Soul, Rap, and Hip-Hop, regardless of what they actually sing. Maybe some will make it to the Pop section if they're lucky. It just seems to me that black singers are restricted to certain genres. Would you agree they did a poor job on Jacqui Smith tonight? Forgot all about applying 'green' powder to her neck ? As most females will know, green powder is applied to areas which would glow bright red if you became embarrassed, usually the cheek bones glow first and then the neck. God alone knows how much pan-stik they slapped on her face, she looked more like Simon Cowell! But the truth will out and when she was repeatedly wrong footed on her expenses, her neck looked like a turkeys!
Iggy, if you couldn't see that it was simply embarassment that made her glow then that's your problem - What do you mean when you call her a tool?


Basically, the plot is the same: under the guise of improvement, the people in control are expanding their control over everyone's liberties in order to assure their "safety." Supposedly, everyone will be guaranteed health care but, basically, we are going to lose our prosperity and freedom in the process. Yes, we can all be safe, but at what cost?
