Hi from England. I have always been a sports shooting enthusiast but unfortunately, due to gun laws in the UK, have never been able to shoot (or own) and handgun.

I would love to work for one of the big USA handgun companies, such as S&W, Colt, Ruger etc, in any capacity; sales, marketing, testing, development, anything (bearing in mind I have no relevant qualifications or experience except a good book-learned knowledge).

What is my best path of action, bearing in mind I am applying from the UK? I am of course quite prepared to move to the USA but if there are any overseas offices in the UK- ideal!

I have the blue book of gun values... colt fanatics dont necessarilly follow that. its a rough estimate but .. supply and demand...
i have a colt .38 super auto, combat commander, series mark IV, - steel frameand slidewith the brown wood grip, that sells for much more than its blue book value. also i have a colt detective special 2in barrel. blue finish with natural wood grip, in the original box. both are in the 98% to 100% category. i wanna find buyers


Whats the best and safest way to sell guns from my collection ? I am thinking "online" as my local gunshops won't offer me anything but LOW LOW prices as they want to make a BIG profit from reselling them. Ebay won't let me post handguns. Any other "online" websites allow the sale of firearms ?
