How can I figure out, or does anyone have a ballpark figure of what a couple of handguns I have would be worth? I don't want to get taken advantage of...(being a "dumb woman" and not having a clue) if I try to sell them! One is a Smith and Wesson 44 Magnum. It's shiny chrome, has a wooden grip and it's a revolver. It's beautiful The other is a Colt 45 NM(?). Also on the barrel it's printed with Series' 80 Colt MK IV Gold Cup National Match. They belonged to my late husband and he said they were valuable. I don't want them around anymore. They're so big....I'd rather have a 9mm for protection...smaller, won't knock me on my a** when I fire it. ;+)
